The RPSS College is named in memory of Late Shri Ram Pal Singh. He was a renowned philanthropist and educationist. He started his career as teacher at local inter school, went to become it’s principal. He later set up a school for student education of their region.

RPSS College by the Ram Pal Singh Memorial and Charitable Trust, takes pride in being first degree college in Datanganj Block of Budaun Districts. The   institute has state-of-the-art infrastructure near Dilwari Village on Datanganj to Bareilly Road. The campus of the institute at Dilwari, is located in rural belt and thus, can be reached with ease by   students living  anywhere in   Rural Budaun and Barielly.  The campus   would offers   excellent  infrastructural  facilities  and is equipped with a splendid classrooms, a huge library, which would be the envy of every college in the region.

The college has planned to developed an intense academic environment that helps in bringing out the best in a student. The teaching-learning pedagogy is student centric with focus on ensuring that the student learns. It is integrating dedicated teaching fraternity with more than required infrastructure and rich library facilities.
